was established in 2001 by the Cliftonville Residents Association. It is
run entirely by volunteers and is self funded. Starting with just six
stallholders in the beginning, the number of stallholders has reached
nearly 22. The market has won the ‘Best in Kent Award’ in 2006, 2007,
2008 and were finalists in the top three in 2009 and 2010.
The weather was fabulous which brought out people to the market yesterday, along with Offcumduns morris clog dancers.
What a great day to celebrate Cliftonville Farmer’s Market on their 10th Anniversary.

The market organisers, Keith and June Chadband are thrilled that their fledgling project has expanded to an award winning celebration of good quality home-grown food.
June said that her and Keith would like to ‘thank all our producers who have stayed with us and all our loyal customers who have attended, no matter what the weather, throughout the last ten years.’
Here’s to another 10 years!
